Alert Session Logs
The Alert Session Logs section provides a comprehensive and chronological overview of all alert notifications generated by the system. This log enables administrators and users to trace, audit, and verify alert deliveries across different modules, applications, and communication channels.

Purpose
The Alert Session Logs are essential for:
- Tracking delivery status of generated alerts.
- Verifying alert dispatch to intended recipients.
- Auditing past alert activity for compliance or operational review.
- Diagnosing potential failures in alert transmission.
Navigating the Alert Session Logs
The logs are displayed in a structured tabular format with the following columns:

| Id | Unique identifier for each alert session entry. |
| Group Name | The name of the alert group configured to receive the notification. |
| Application Name | The application from which the alert was triggered (e.g., License Plate Recognition, People Occupancy). |
| Device Name | The specific device or camera associated with the alert generation. |
| Watchlist Name | Indicates the watchlist that triggered the alert (e.g., LPR-Watchlist, PO-ALERT). |
| Category | The delivery channel used to send the alert (e.g., Email Address, SMS, Telegram). |
| Delivery Status | Reflects whether the alert was successfully Sent or if it failed. |
| Message | Provides a link to View Message content that was delivered. |
| Event | Opens the related Event Details for further context and analysis. |
| Recipients | Lists the users who received the alert. Click View Recipients to see the list. |
| Created Datetime | Timestamp when the alert was generated and processed by the system. |
Using the Alert Session Logs
1. Viewing Alert Content
- Click the "View Message" link to review the exact message sent during the alert event.
2. Viewing Associated Events
- Use the "View Event" link to open the full event details and visuals related to the alert.
3. Viewing Recipients
- Select "View Recipients" to display the list of users and their contact details who received the alert.
4. Monitoring Delivery Status
- Alerts marked as Sent confirm successful delivery.
- Any issues in delivery will be highlighted accordingly (e.g., Failed, Pending).
5. Refreshing Logs
- Use the refresh icon at the bottom left to fetch the most recent logs.
- The system displays the last updated timestamp to confirm log freshness.
Filtering and Searching Alert Logs
The Alert Session Logs feature supports advanced filtering to help users quickly locate specific records.

How to Filter Logs
- Click the Filter Icon on the top-right corner of the Alert Session Logs table.
- Use available filter criteria such as:
- Group Name
- Application Name
- Device Name
- Watchlist Name
- Category
- Delivery Status
- Date/Time Range
- Apply your desired filters to refine the log list instantly.
- Combine multiple filters to narrow down the results more precisely.
Filtering is useful when you need to trace specific alert flows, debug incidents, or audit alert communications for a particular time frame or group.
Pagination & Navigation
- The log table supports pagination to efficiently browse large data sets.
- Use the "Go to Page" field or navigation arrows to move between pages.
- You can adjust the number of entries per page (e.g., 12/page) from the dropdown menu.
