Alert User Management Guide
The Alert User Management System enables administrators to manage alert recipients efficiently. It provides a centralized interface to view, edit, and control users who receive alerts via different communication channels.

Navigating the Alert User Management Panel

1. Understanding the User List View
The main dashboard displays user details in a structured table format with the following columns:

| Alert Category | Type of alert (e.g., SMS, Email, Telegram). |
| Person Name | Name of the user receiving alerts. |
| Alert Group Name | Group associated with the alert user. |

| Remarks | Additional notes related to the user. |
| Status | Indicates if the user is Active or Inactive. |
| Created Datetime | Timestamp when the user was added. |
| Action | Options to Edit or Delete a user. |
2. Adding a New Alert User

- Click on the "+ Add User" button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the required details:
- Person Name
- Alert Category (SMS, Email, etc.)
- Contact Info (Email/Phone Number)
- Alert Group Name
- Remarks (Optional)
- Click Save to add the new user.
3. Editing or Deleting an Alert User
- Locate the user in the list.
- Click on the Edit icon to update details.
- Click on the Delete icon to remove the user from the system.
- Confirm changes or deletion in the pop-up prompt.
4. Managing Users in Bulk
Uploading Users via CSV
- Click on the "Upload CSV" button.
- Select and upload a properly formatted CSV file.
- The system automatically adds users from the file.
Downloading User List
- Click the "Download CSV" button to export the list of users for record-keeping or external processing.
Best Practices for User Management
